These were the nails I created for my costume:
1. Make sure your nails are clean and dry
2. Paint them with a good base coat such as Essie First Base
3. Paint a coat of red nail polish. I used Color So Hot It Berns by OPI
4. Then, using a white striper, draw the white vertical lines
5. Paint the tips french style with a navy polish
6. Using a dotting tool, put dots on the navy tip
7. wait a bit and then protect your design with a good top coat such as Essie Good To Go
And you are done!!
