The Olympics

So for the Olympics... to get into the Sochi spirit, I created these Olympic themed nails...

1. Paint your nails with a good base coat
2. Paint two coats of Essie Blanc
3. Create your circles with a dotting tool one color at a time
4. Create the illusion of hollow circles by using a dotting tool dipped in white polish in the center of each circle
5. Protect your design with a good top coat
